A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, and one of Wine Spectator magazine’s Rising Stars of 2004, Chef Kupper loves to share his passion for cooking with others, making him a natural for an instructor position. An impressive roster of acclaimed restaurants populates his curricula vitae: Alain Ducasse’s MIX in Las Vegas (where he served as part of the start-up team), Bouchon in Yountville, California under the James Beard Award winning Celebrity Chef Thomas Keller, Charlie Palmer’s Dry Creek Kitchen in Healdsburg, California, and Charlie Palmer’s Steak House in the Four Seasons Hotel, Las Vegas.
