Hospitality requires a range of qualities and commitment well beyond those needed in a more straight forward operation. I pride myself on my special flair and commitment to client satisfaction and working towards a policy of having a high rate of return clients as an indication of their satisfaction with the quality and service that they received.

In all the businesses that I have been involved with, results have proved more successful than when I took control. These achievements have resulted in approaches from other outlets to assist in a consultative role to achieve a more prosperous and professionally operated business. This is a role that I have eagerly accepted and thoroughly enjoyed.

My constant rapport with my clients has assisted me in developing good relations within their businesses as well as local National and international communities.
As my experience has grown, so has the realization that my full potential has yet to be reached. I believe that my background and experience qualifies me to meet and take on successfully any challenge in the hospitality Industry.
